Miners’ Home, Blackpool
As part of the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Miners’ Convalescent Home, on Lancashire’s Fylde Coast, the company provided all mechanical and electrical services for the project, including electric heating, unvented domestic hot water systems and public health engineering.
The project has transformed the landmark building into 47 self-contained residential apartments. Two new multi-storey blocks adjacent to the listed building were included in the development and provided an additional 71 self-contained apartments.
