UCLAN Science Building, Lancashire
The University of Central Lancashire’s campus in Preston is one of the country’s most dynamic teaching environments, with continuous investment reflecting the University’s expansion plans. UCLAN’s 6500 square metre science block, containing a 452 seat capacity lecture theatre, laboratories and teaching facilities benefited from the company’s full mechanical and electrical services on the development.
Included in the project was the installation of a central boiler, together with chiller and air handling plants, laboratory services, compressed air system, fume cupboards and displacement ventilation in the lecture theatre.
